Who I Help:
ADHD, ADD, and neurodivergence are areas of specialty for me. If you are navigating ADHD or another experience of neurodivergence, you may be working to understand yourself outside of expectations that were never designed with you in mind. You might also be adjusting to a new chapter in your life, struggling with anxiety, trying to better understand yourself, or feeling frustrated by patterns that seem difficult to change, whether you are coming to therapy on your own or as a couple.
Whether you are facing a transition, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or wanting to better understand how your mind works, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with clients across the lifespan — children, teens, adults, senior adults, couples, and families — meeting each person or relationship at their own developmental stage and pace. With children and teens, that often means incorporating more expressive, experiential tools alongside conversation; with couples and families, it means paying close attention to the patterns and dynamics playing out between people, not just within one individual.
With couples, I pay particular attention to how ADHD and neurodivergence can shape communication, emotional connection, and the way responsibilities get shared between partners. When one or both partners are navigating neurodivergence, understanding those differences can become a bridge toward connection rather than a source of ongoing frustration.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your individual experience. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to better understand what may be keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we can explore patterns, relationships, experiences, and beliefs that may be shaping how you see yourself and your life — and identify new ways forward.
My Approach:
I take an integrative, postmodern approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered and Narrative Therapy perspectives. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to bring curiosity, reflection, and therapeutic tools to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward what matters to you.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and significant life transitions. My work is informed by a trauma-responsive and neurodiversity-affirming perspective, with attention to the ways our relationships, environments, and life experiences influence how we understand ourselves.
As a bicultural therapist, I bring that same lens to my work — recognizing that culture, identity, and family expectations often shape how we understand ourselves and navigate our relationships. This perspective informs how I connect with clients and families from a range of backgrounds.
