Who I Help:

Life's unexpected turns can affect anyone. You may be struggling in your relationship, considering a career change, or facing something as difficult as divorce, job loss, or addiction. Worry, stress, and poor sleep may have become all too familiar, along with a sense of being stuck that nothing you've tried has been able to shake.

I work with individuals, couples, men, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. If you feel like your dreams have been shattered, yet you sense the power within you to redefine your life, I'm ready to walk this journey with you.

I know how hard it is to struggle, and I'm familiar with the endless nights of wondering if things will ever change. As a Navy veteran with over 20 years of counseling experience, I've worked with a wide range of concerns, from relationships and men's issues to military life, addiction, grief, and loss.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. We'll start where you are, and work together toward where you want to be.

What You Can Expect:

My approach is holistic. I believe the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that lasting change usually requires attention to all three, not just one piece of what you're going through.

My approach is also practical and goal-oriented. Therapy with me is grounded in real-life change, not just conversation. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and immediately useful, so you can begin applying new tools right away toward the goals that matter most to you.

My Approach:

How Can I Help:

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. My time in the Navy shaped how I understand discipline, resilience, and what it takes to keep moving forward when things are hard, and it's part of why I connect naturally with veterans and men navigating similar challenges.

Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, or a relationship that feels strained, my goal is to help you reach the goals you've set for yourself and build a life or relationship that feels like the one you actually want.
